We love curves!
Sizes 16-24 have our improved two rivet waistband! These sizes also have a higher yoke on the waistband to hug those curves. The waistband comes up higher on the back and hugs your body.
Customize your fit with accordion panels and velcro tabs (all sizes have these!). Send the dreaded gap far away! This improvement is perfect for pear and hourglass shapes.

Returns & exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are valid 15 days from the date we ship the pants to you.
That means, you need to email Karleen@RavenRova.com to request your return/exchange by day 15. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Read the full return policy "Pre-orders during crowdfunding campaigns" is the second section.

Delivery ETA is July 2024. We will keep you informed every step of the way!
We will email regular updates about delivery estimates.
Emails will come from Karleen@RavenRova.com via OmniSend. Make sure we're not going to to your spam folder! We try to send one email a week.
Cancelling orders:
You may cancel your order anytime before we ship your item. Email Karleen@RavenRova.com if you need to cancel your order before the items ships.
Raven Rova will cancel the order and issue a refund through Shopify.
The cancellation option stops when we ship the physical item to you.
After the physical item ships, you will need to request a refund or exchange.
This is because our warehouse and shipping partners give us a different process to follow. Once the items ships we need to use our return process.
Why aren't we using a crowdfunding platform ?
To streamline the process and give you a bigger discount!
When it comes to exchanges, returns and cancellations Shopify makes it easier for both of us. Plus, we have used both IndieGoGo and IFundWomen previously. Both these platforms take a cut of your contribution. And they both require us to use PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Plus, both PayPal and Stripe charge hefty processing fees.
Keeping these costs down means we can pass 20% savings on to you! And keep our prices competitive!

What happens if Raven Rova doesn't sell enough ?
If by May 31, 2024 we have not sold enough pair of pants, Raven Rova will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund including taxes and shipping.
