Bike Porn for Women! The Ride To The Warehouse Show Run Down by Karleen
I came for the bikes.
Specifically, bikes built by women.
I love to ride, wrench, and geek about bikes! After a beautiful San Diego morning by the pool, I was really revved up to see some sick bikes!
Greeted by I love boobies and a rainbow of unicorn breast casts. We're off...

First bike was Frieda the Freedom chopper! Built by Katie Loftus, the founder of Ride To The Warehouse. Rather than trying to capture Frida with a few pics, you really need to watch this super cool video. “I just wanted to ride.” Hell yeah!
I think that’s what all of us have in common. I just wanna ride! No matter the challenges life throws.
Community is really sticky tight glue binding us together. It was delightful to see faces in real life, make some new friends and come back to a living event space!
Now...Let's get to some bike build favorites! I’m a sucker for dual sport and race bikes…this flat tracker really got me grinning!
And two Royal Einfield Build Train Race bikes! Got your slicks ?
Drooling.
Then I saw the Himalayan...as a dual sport devotee, this one really makes me grin like that shark!
Clean ass sporty
Jessie Combs' land speed racer. Wow. The details are exquisite.
It was a joy to engross myself with women built machines of all styles. These bikes are equally diverse as their creators!
Now, remember this whole event is for a higher cause! Keep a Breast and the Jessie Combs Foundation will receive all the proceeds.
Make sure you bid on the silent auction by 11/24!
Our size 14 Phoenix Leather Jacket is one item up for grabs. Plus some gorgeous helmets, artful breast casts, and other fantastic goodies.
Thanks everyone!
