The Falcon Evolution: Why Raven Rova's Falcon Pants Fit Sizes 04-24!

We've worked hard for our reputation for gear that fits. As many of you know, I have two degrees in design and 20 years experience developing apparel products. The Falcon Pants are my pride and joy! So, yeah I'm obsessed with nailing our fit! Why is ours better ? 

We test our fit in different sizes. I have real riders try on gear, tell me how it fits, and then I make it better. I test sizes 8, 12, 18 and 24. Again, thank you to everyone who has helped me with this!

The Falcon Pants were swimming around in my head for a long time. Back in 2017, I did about 500 sketches and 10 fabric drapes for the first pattern. Months of perfecting the "grading" or size scaling, having my super pro gear production team double check my work. Since 2018, I've been perfecting the real live fit and function of these pants!

In 2022, with the help of my testers I added size 24. Now, I didn't just scale it up with math because we're real women, with real bodies! I made a different waistband pattern for sizes 18, 20, 22, 24.

Our size 18-24 Falcon Pants have a double rivet waistband. The back yoke is wider. The velcro tabs are wider. They fit and function better, and they are more durable and comfortable. 

We are the only CE quality brand doing this. Yeah, I'll brag about that!

I'm obsessed with anatomy and a good fit. As many of you know, events like childbirth and other hormonal shifts change the female body as we grow older and wiser. Anatomically speaking, a size 8 person who hasn't had kids is never going to have the same waist to hip ratio as a women who has had children. That's biology. Layer on a liftetime of riding and other physical activities...and you have a complex anatomical landscape. We need to embrace and celebrate this!

Our hips are the largest and most complex joint in the human body. The pelvis and femur are the foundation of all that thigh and glut muscle, our abdominal muscle layers attach to the pelvis too. So yeah - it's a big deal to get that waistband right!

The amount of time and money I have invested in perfecting this fit is countless.

We started with a leather shin panel and center front textile panel. I rode them around all summer testing. My first upgrade was perforated leather at the center front panel. Hugs your body, more durable, and breathes with you!

These were the winner of the 2019 crowdfunding campaign. Ranked top 10 best motorcycle pants by Web Bike World 5 years in a row! Reviewed many times, linked all over the internet. We went up to size 22!

The falcons became the fan favorite! The demand for sizes 18-24 sky rocketed. So, I took action and added size 24. My first batch of size 20/22 needed some waistband improvements. So, that's when I turned to you for help. In 2022 we introduced our new, improved size 18-24 waistband! We also took a survey and you helped us choose the Midnight Blue color!
